The LB30 Lip Balm Filler features a manual loading station with angled guide that allows for easy loading. A quick-change puck mounting system enables tool-less changeovers among different sizes. The LB30 offers puck tooling that fits most lip balm brand .15-ounce 500 style tubes, including those used by Inpres, Federal, CCP, and Sapona. An on-board cap sortation station features a gravity cap track to present caps for the auto-capping station, and the positive cap sap station ensures caps are pressed on completely.

With an automatic filling station featuring a laser sensing trigger, the LB30’s “No tube-no fill” feature ensures there will be no accidental spills. A 3-gallon jacketed stainless steel product hopper produces consistent product temperature control, with larger sizes available if desired. A positive displacement heating piston filling head prevents cold spots during the filling process while delivering accurate dosing at .1 percent repeatability. The unit uses a re-melt station to give the lip balm sticks a glossy, smooth finish on top.

Wet Peanut Skin Peeler/Removing Machine The LB30 is easy to operate, with touchscreen-adjustable fill level controls and stepper motor dosing with digital adjustments of fill weights on the fly. A height adjustable temperature intensity control allows operators to fine-tune the re-melt process to achieve the best finish.
